Damage Waiver Policy
General Information on Damage Waiver Scheme
The general terms of use of SURE Mobility B.V. apply to all bookings and reservations. These terms are made available to the user prior to or at the time of the conclusion of the (rental) agreement. The general terms are also accessible at www.sure-mobility.com.
In accordance with the terms of use, the user is liable for damage to, by, or in connection with the rented vehicle.
For an additional fee on the rental price, the user may limit their contractual liability (Deductible) for sudden and unforeseen damage to or theft of the rented vehicle by purchasing a Damage Waiver. Other (joint) liable parties and/or third parties, including insurers, cannot derive any rights from this scheme. The waiver only limits the landlord’s right of recourse. If agreed, this scheme shall take precedence over the general terms of use in case of conflict, while the rest of the general terms continue to apply supplementally.
